Become a County vendor
Suppliers and potential suppliers to Dakota County must complete and return a 
Supplier Registration Form, providing all requested information.
Registered suppliers will also need to complete a 
W-9 Form.
Completed forms can to emailed to peid@co.dakota.mn.us.
Direct deposit
For vendors to receive payments from Dakota County through direct deposit, they need to fill out a Direct Deposit Form and return it to Financial Services. To request a form, you can contact Financial Services by phone at 651-438-4585![]( "Call: 651-438-4585")
