Consumer Support Grant

​Consumer Support Grant (CSG) is a state-funded program. It is being replaced by Community First Services and Supports (CFSS). All individuals on CSG will be transitioned to CFSS before Oct. 1, 2026.

For more information about the transition, please review the information for current PCA or CSG participants.
