Locations

  • Lake Byllesby Regional Park
  • Lebanon Hills Regional Park
  • Miesville Ravine Park Reserve
  • Spring Lake Park Reserve
  • Thompson County Park
  • Whitetail Woods Regional Park

Learn how

Beginner level courses are available if you are new to the sport. See the Parks Calendar of Events for a full list of course offerings.

Rental equipment

Snowshoes are available to rent during the winter season at the Lebanon Hills Visitor Center in Lebanon Hills Regional Park. Get rental equipment information.

Trail etiquette

Please snowshoe on designated hiking and snowshoeing trails only. Snowshoeing is not permitted on mountain bike and cross-country ski trails. Please follow posted signs throughout the system and take care when crossing groomed cross-country ski or mountain bike trails.

Trail maintenance

Snowshoe trails are not groomed and are designated as hiking and snowshoeing trails. Trails are often packed by foot traffic 1-3 days following a snow event, and the use of snowshoes, while helpful for traction, isn't required.
