County recycling progress reports

Solid waste progress reports provide an update on the county's projects, programs and activities that help Dakota County and its communities reduce, reuse and recycle. Each report has data that shows progress towards the state's goal to reduce landfill disposal. This is described in the Metropolitan Solid Waste Management Policy and Dakota County's solid waste management plan​.
