Once a year the tax statement and valuation notice are sent together in mid-March. If a property is sold or purchased during the year a second statement is not mailed to the new owner.
Your statement will outline the amount you'll owe and the due dates.

Tax Timeline.
-
Tax Breakdown: Shows the property taxes attributed to different taxing districts. Compares the amount for the current and prior year. This includes any credits received or special assessments added to the property.
