Johnny Le, who operated a massage studio in Eagan, was charged* with another count of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (actor is in a prohibited occupational relationship) after a new victim came forward, Dakota County Attorney Kathy Keena announced.
This is the fourth complaint the Dakota County Attorney's Office has issued against Le, 32 of Richfield, for allegedly sexually assaulting his clients. In total, Mr. Le is charged with one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (prohibited occupational relationship), three counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (actor is in a prohibited occupational relationship) and one count of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct (nonconsensual sexual contact).
The criminal complaint states that the victim contacted the Eagan Police Department after she saw news coverage regarding the previous charges against Le. During the investigation, the victim told officers the assault occurred during a massage she received from Le at his Eagan studio in November 2023.

Mr. Le is currently in custody at the Dakota County Jail. He made his first appearance on the newest complaint on March 31. His next court appearance is scheduled for an omnibus hearing on April 23 at 1:30 p.m. in Hastings on all four cases.
