As part of the upcoming Semiquincentennial (250th) celebration recognizing the signing of the Declaration of Independence, DCHS is offering an “America 250 Genealogy" series to help you uncover your family's history and determine if you have any Revolution-era ancestors. The series can be taken as a whole or individual sections. We will focus on different aspects of genealogy research and provide workshops where you can visit the museum to get help when and where needed. This series is in partnership with the Dakota County Historical Society, Minnesota Genealogical Society and the daughters of the American Revolution.
