County Project 4-17
Dakota County and the City of West St. Paul are constructing a new trail and reconstructing portions of Butler Avenue from S. Robert Street (Highway 3) to Highway 52. The trail will be on the south side of Butler Avenue, from Robert Street to Sperl Street, and on the north side of Butler Avenue, from Sperl Street to Highway 52. The new trail will have current and future needs in mind. It will improve both safety and accessibility.
Drivers should expect temporary lane closures, detours, flaggers and delays throughout the project. Please allow extra time for travel, watch for construction signage and be cautious while driving through the construction area.
