County Project 91-30
Dakota County is proposing to reconstruct Nicolai Avenue (County Road 91) from 240th Street (Highway 61) to Miesville Trail in Douglas Township. The project will improve safety, traffic operations and pavement quality. The project is scheduled for construction in 2026.
The project components include:
- Reconstruction as a 2-lane highway
- Widened paved shoulders
- Replacement of culverts and drainage improvements
