Warrant resolution events give an opportunity to address active warrants and resolve or move forward with underlying court cases.
Virtual Warrant Resolution Event
Friday, Aug. 20, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
Misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor warrants in Dakota County can be resolved during this virtual event. To see if you have an eligible warrant, call the 1st District Public Defender's Office at 651-480-0122 or use the Dakota County Warrant Search.
Information about your case, including your assigned attorney, can be found on the Minnesota Judicial Branch website.
Prosecutors, public defense attorneys and staff from Dakota County Community Corrections will be available at the event.
Video equipment needed
You will need video-accessible equipment to participate in the event. If you're having trouble finding equipment, the Minnesota District Court has information on locations offering devices.
Spanish interpreters will be available upon request. If you need an interpreter for another language, please include that information in your registration email.
