Dakota County with Randolph Township will construct roadway improvements, including a bridge (box culvert) on 295th Street (County Road 88). The work on 295th Street (County Road 88) will begin about 825 feet west of Finch Court and end at the Dakota and Goodhue county line. The project will incorporate turn lanes, wider shoulders, pavement rehabilitation, drainage improvements and bridge (box culvert) replacement.

Access
The access for residences will remain open during construction. Expect delays and temporary lane closures. Exercise caution for your safety and the construction workers' safety. 295th Street (County Road 88) will be closed from Gaylord Avenue to Goodhue County Line for phase 1 of construction, please follow the posted detour.

Construction schedule
May 25-June 3
- Relocate private utilities throughout the project
- Continue grading for the new roadway
- Continue placing aggregates to form the new roadway
- Installing the box culvert and driveway culverts
