Dakota County provides training for public employees through the Learning Center to help people working in government improve how they do their jobs. Courses promoting professional and personal growth focus on customer service, diversity, integrity and trust, interpersonal savvy, and technical ability.
Courses are available on a bi-annual basis. Our instructors are experts in their subject matter and its application in the public sector.
