County Project 43-55
Dakota County and the City of Eagan are working on Lexington Avenue (County Road 43). The project is from Cliff Road (County Road 32) to Wescott Road.
This project will include lane reductions from four to three lanes and trail and pedestrian crossing improvements.
Construction
Nov. 24-28
On Tuesday, Nov. 25, the county will be removing the old signal poles at the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Diffley Road.
Work will start at 7 a.m., and the road will be open at 2 p.m.
Both the existing signals and new signals will be put on 4-way red flash while work is being done. Afterwards, the new signals will be put into regular operation.
This work is expected to cause significant delays. Please add extra time to your commute.
