Notice is hereby given that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 9 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2024 in the Boardroom of the Dakota County Administration Center, 1590 Highway 55, Hastings. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on 2025 off-sale intoxicating liquor license applications. County Ordinance 101 and state law require a public hearing to be held for all off sale intoxicating liquor license applications. Two applicants have applied for a 2025 off-sale intoxicating liquor license:
- Simman LLC (dba Castle Rock Bar and Grill) has applied for renewal of their On and Off Sale and Sunday On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
- ​Woody's Liquor Box, Inc. has applied for renewal of their Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
Updated information on the manner of the public meeting can be found on the Dakota County website. The public hearing may be monitored via live stream on the Commissioner Meetings page.
Interested agencies, groups or persons attending the public hearing shall have the right to provide written or oral comments. Submit comments for the public hearing via email to countyadmin@co.dakota.mn.us, telephone or other electronic means. Persons wishing to make comments during the public hearing should notify the Clerk to the board via email at jennifer.reynolds@co.dakota.mn.us or 651-438-4417. Requests must be received by noon the day before the meeting. Instructions on how to participate will be sent to anyone interested.
