Military Identification Card
Currently serving military members and veterans with a 100 percent disability rating may schedule an appointment through the ID Card Office Locator and Appointments site to obtain a military issued identification card.
Veteran Identification Card
Carrying a DD-214 to verify veteran status while out in the community is highly discouraged as it contains personal identifiable information. Veterans may apply for a Veterans ID Card by visiting VA Veterans ID Card site (requires a DS login).
