The Dakota County One-Day DWI program is for people who have received their first DWI. The goal of this program is to help you avoid future driving mistakes. We use facts and skill-building to help you make safer choices.
In this class, you will learn about:
- How alcohol and drugs affect your body.
- The laws regarding impaired driving.
- How to manage stress and make better decisions.
- The impact of impaired driving on victims and the community.
Requirement: You must finish this class within 90 days of your sentencing.
How to register
To sign up, call Frazier Wellness Services at 651-756-8460.
- When: The class is held on the first and third Saturday of most months.
- Time: 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Where: You can join online (virtually) or attend in person.
Important attendance rules:
- If you cannot attend, you must call by noon on the Thursday before your class.
- If you do not show up or are removed from class, you will be charged a $20 fee.
How to pay
The program costs $125. You must pay this fee before your class starts.
