Only licensed cannabis event coordinators can get a Temporary Cannabis Event Permit.
If 300 or more people are expected at the event, an Assembly License is also required.
No onsite cannabis use at events
Dakota County Ordinance 133 Cannabis Registration and Sales does not allow onsite use of cannabis products at temporary events.
Fees
The permit fee is $150, payable by cash, check or credit card. Applications must be submitted 60 days before the date of the event.
