Dakota County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide program development service for the Children and Family Services unit of Social Services. The contract will be to plan, train, coach and develop a program for a comprehensive child welfare practice model. It will also develop a workplace culture that creates meaningful belonging for all staff.
