Providers of home and community based waiver services (HCBS)
Providers interested in serving people receiving HCBS/waiver services should contact the Minnesota Department of Human Services to learn more about licensure requirements, provider enrollment and service standards.
Providers interested in Housing Support (formerly Group Residential Housing)
The Housing Support program pays for room and board for seniors and adults with disabilities who have low incomes. The program aims to reduce and prevent people from living in institutions or becoming homeless.
Dakota County is not accepting Housing Support applications from prospective providers at this time.
