Dakota County allows registered mobile food vendors in the parking lots of the county service centers and libraries.
Vendors must complete the 
Food Truck Permit Form. Once approved, Facilities Management staff will coordinate the setup locations for the respective permit.
Approval Process
- Fill out permit application and submit to Stephanie Hunter at stephanie.hunter@co.dakota.mn.us
- Facilities Management Director will approve and sign.
- Facilities Management staff will coordinate where food trucks will be placed.
Facilities Management does not solicit vendors or schedule dates or times. If requested, we will direct interested parties to the application process.
