Dakota County allows registered mobile food vendors in the parking lots of the county service centers and libraries. Vendors must be requested and coordinated with county departments.
Vendors must complete the 
Food Truck Permit Form. Forms should be submited to their county department contact.
Approval process
- Fill out permit application and submit to Tracy Reissner at tracy.reissner@co.dakota.mn.us
- Facilities Management Director will approve and sign.
- Facilities Management staff will coordinate where food trucks will be placed.
Facilities Management does not solicit vendors or schedule dates or times. If requested by a county department, we will direct interested parties to the application process. Coordination of food truck logistics will be managed by the county department requesting or soliciting the food truck.
