Employee Resource Groups at Dakota County
Wondering if you will fit in? We've got you covered.
We have seven Employee Resource Groups which are open to all employees. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups which are encouraged throughout our organization. The groups are formed of employees who might share a common identity or background or be an ally to the group (Someone who may not share the common identity, but are supportive of the group mission.). Employee Resource Groups help to connect employees and offer professional development and networking as well as help the organization with planning and deeper connections to the community.
