The Adult Mental Health Local Advisory Council (LAC) offers individuals, parents, families and providers the opportunity to make a real difference in how mental health care is provided in their community. The council is a group of stakeholders who actively develop and work for a mental health system that monitors and responds to consumer needs and trends.

- Family members
- County Adult Mental Health Coordinator
- Dakota County Deputy Director
- Community Support Staff
- Mental Health Professionals
