Grants are available for children under the age 3 with special needs who receive Early Intervention Services through a Dakota County school district. Grant applications will be accepted starting Jan. 12, 2026. Submit a complete application with supporting documents to sseccoordinator@co.dakota.mn.us.
The 2026 grant program will close June 30, 2026 or when funds run out, whichever comes first. Eligible applicants may receive up to $500 each year. Please refer to the application for more details.
