County Project 63-29
Dakota County and the City of Inver Grove Heights are designing concepts for the extension of Argenta Boulevard (County Road 63) and new interchange at Interstate 494.
This study was recommended as part of the
Regional Roadway System Visioning Study Update (2022). This provided an updated transportation vision for northeast Eagan and northwest Inver Grove Heights.
Project overview
Dakota County and Inver Grove Heights are developing design concepts to support future development of this area. Outcomes of the study will include:
- Design concepts for the future Argenta Boulevard (County Road 63) extension, the Argenta Boulevard (County Road 63)/I-494 interchange, and the future supporting roadway network
- Right-of-way needs for the extension of Argenta Boulevard (County Road 63) and the interchange at I-494
