As part of updating the goals outlined in the Dakota County Strategic Plan, the Dakota County Board of Commissioners discussed the creation and maintenance of a set of community indicators and performance measures associated with Strategic Plan goals. These help Dakota County monitor the trend of several important items as well as information regarding the performance of the services we provide.
