As part of updating the goals outlined in the Dakota County Strategic Plan, the Dakota County Board of Commissioners discussed the creation and maintenance of a set of community indicators and performance measures associated with Strategic Plan goals. These help Dakota County monitor the trend of several important items as well as informatio​n regarding the performance of the services​ we provide.
