Workforce participation rate among MFIP and DWP recipients
This measure shows the percent of Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) and Diversionary Work Program (DWP) adults working 30 hours or more per week or who have left cash assistance three years after baseline in Dakota County. The MFIP and DWP workforce participation rate measured from April 2018–March 2019 was 66.8 percent.
Maltreatment recurrence
This measure is calculated on a rolling 12-month period. (Example: the January 2018 reporting period is January 2017 through December 2017.)
This measure looks at all maltreatment (abuse or neglect) findings in the reporting period, and then counts the number of cases that had a subsequent maltreatment finding within 12 months of the first.
