Campaign signage
Each municipality has their own ordinances regarding campaign signage. Check with the municipality to verify their laws.
Dakota County does not allow privately owned signs on County property, including County right of ways. Signs will be removed by the County without notice. If you wish to get a removed sign back, go to the Empire Transportation Facility. Signs removed by County staff will be stored there for at least 10 days.
