A 4-digit PIN allows you to use your WIC card at the grocery store.
Benefits last for 30 days, then expire.

WIC offers a variety of healthy foods you can choose from:

Fruits and vegetables
Whole grains
Cereal
Protein
Dairy
Juice
Soy milk and tofu
Infant foods

WIC provides food high in calcium, iron, vitamin C, fiber and protein.
