The Dakota County Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) Program works with families, communities and health professionals to make sure youth are getting all their medical and dental checkups.
Child and Teen Checkups are routine health checkups for youth (from birth to age 21) on Medical Assistance. Checkups take place at their regular medical and dental clinic. Medical and dental checkups can help find and treat health problems early. Checkups are important even if your child is not sick.
