Dakota County Statewide Health Improvement Partnership (SHIP) helps build thriving communities by implementing community-driven solutions for all people in Minnesota to live longer, healthier lives. SHIP offers funding opportunities throughout the year and shares progress reports of program efforts.

Community event request form
If you would like a public health team member to attend an event, please fill out our online form. Please submit your request one month in advance of the event to allow for processing. Dakota County Public Health will attempt to attend or provide resources to community event requests. Due to staff availability, scope of work and timing of the event, some requests may be denied.
