CSAH 28-TH 3 Area Study

Dakota County, in working together with the City of Inver Grove Heights and affected land owners, has adopted a future alignment for County Road (CR) 28 east of Trunk Highway 3 (South Robert Trail). This alignment assisted in determining the location for the roundabout on TH 3, and in the construction of the first segment of CR 28 west of TH 3 with development. This study has also been pivotal in determining the future of developable land in the area of existing and future CR 28. The alignment was adopted by the County Board of Commissioners on Feb. 26, 2008 and by the City Council on Jan. 28, 2008. See the recommended alignment.
