Dakota County and the City of Lakeville assessed the intersection of Dodd Boulevard & Icenic Trail/Heritage Drive to ensure the intersection was operating as safely and efficiently as possible. A safety issue was identified and solutions to address the safety issue were developed.
A partial access median, restricting through and left turn movements for eastbound/westbound traffic, is planned for this intersection as outlined in the 
Neighborhood Meeting Presentation on July 18, 2018.
