ADA Transition Plan

​Dakota County developed the Dakota County Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for County Highway Rights of Way. This plan will guide the county as it addresses accessibility for residents. This includes the highways, sidewalks, nearby​ trails and pedestrian crossings. The plan ​includes an inventory of these facilities with an evaluation of infrastructure conditions.

The plan was established in 2017 and updated in 2024.​
